(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, appointing the petitioner as the Guardian of the agricultural land of her husband located in village Nunamajra and village Kherka Musalman, Tehsil Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar, Haryana. 1.1 A further prayer has been made seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to sell/transfer the agricultural land of her husband located in village Nunamajra and village Kherka Musalman, Tehsil Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar, Haryana. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, accordingly, she may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
