The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to pass speaking order on their representation seeking release of outstanding payment.

On 08.01.2026 the following order was passed by this Court:- "Counsel for the petitioner has, inter alia, contended that by order dated 11.12.2024, Annexure P2, this Court directed respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner by passing a reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing. Counsel contends that the impugned order, Annexure P3, has been passed without hearing the petitioner. Advance copy of the petition has been served upon respondents.
Mr. Deepak Vashisth, DAG, Haryana, has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. Mr. Ravish Kaushik, Advocate has put in DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.03.16 16:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Mr. Ravish Kaushik, Advocate has filed Power of Attorney on behalf of respondent No.4. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 4.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Gulshan Bhatia, Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Nuh submits that speaking order would be passed and communicated to the petitioner within a week from today.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail remedy in accordance with law with respect to speaking order, if any, passed by respondents.

Disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
