This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing of FIR No.90 dated 7.9.2025 under Sections 333, 115(1), 191(3) and 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Khanuwan, District Gurdaspur, as the matter has been compromised vide compromise deed dated 20.10.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage with liberty to file afresh, in case, cause of action so ensues.
