COCP-6415-2025 (O&M) -2Health Engineering Department, Haryana, along with speaking orders (Annexures R-1 to R-4) of different dates, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.4 and affidavit dated 10.03.2026 of Dr. Budhram (Officiating), Civil Surgeon, Fatehabad, along with speaking order dated 16.01.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1 before the Registry. The same are taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents has produced speaking order dated 29.01.2026 passed by the Engineer-in-Chief, Irrigation & W.R Department, Haryana and speaking order dated 04.07.2025 passed by Director General, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Haryana. The same are taken on record.
