Present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect their life and liberty from the hands of private respondents. 2.

It is noticed that both the petitioners and private respondents No.4 and 5 (parents of petitioner No.1 - Muskan) are primarily the residents of District Bareli (U.P.). 3.

Learned State counsel is directed to enquire about the credentials of both the petitioners as well as private respondents No.4 & 5 and also about their original place of residences and other antecedents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to handover the complete set of paper book to learned State counsel in Court today."
