This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS of 2023 for issuance of direction to the official respondents to take action against private respondents in FIR No. 91 dated 25.08.2025 under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 351 (2), 191 (3), 190 of BNS registered at Police Station Ghanaur, District Patiala.

At the outset, learned State counsel on advance notice submits that the final report has been prepared and the same shall be presented before the learned trial Court shortly.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no further order is required to be passed in the present case. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the State to present the final report within a period of four weeks.
