On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed:- "An affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant stating that dasti summons were collected and served through e-mail, WhatsApp and speed post. However, dasti summons were required to be served through proper method i.e. through the concerned Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks one more opportunity to do the needful.

Let fresh notice be issued to the respondent for 01.05.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present in Court today. This Court had, on two occasions, issued notices through dasti process as well, but it appears that the petitioner is not interested in taking dasti notices for effecting service upon the respondent, which is apparent from the aforesaid report of the Registry.

In view of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
