This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 10.09.2025 passed in CWP-26851-2025. 2.

Compliance report by way of an affidavit of Dr. Jainder Singh Chhillar, IAS, Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Parivar Suraksha Nyas, Haryana has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the compliance report, speaking order dated 02.02.2026 (Annexure R-4) has also been appended.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say that the petitioner would always be at liberty to avail her remedies as available in law.
