In the present appeal, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 09.10.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in CWP-23475-2011. 7.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellants submits that as the judgment in Sivanandan C.T. and others vs. High Court of Kerala and others, 2023, SCC Online SC 994 , which has been referred by the learned Single Judge to dismiss the writ petition filed by the appellants, is not applicable upon the case of the appellants hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge.
