( %) The present appeal has been preferred against the impugned order dated 23.12.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani vide which the anticipatory bails of the appellant in case FIR NO.229 dated 11.12.2025 (Annexure A41) under sections 389, 506, 34 IPC (later on Section 3(2) (va) of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Attrocities) Act, 1989 added), registered at P.S. Loharu, District Bhiwani, has been dismissed. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellants prays for withdrawal of the present appeal with liberty to file fresh petition in correct format under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, in view of the judgment passed by this Court in
