The instant petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.100 dated 17.11.2025 under Sections 109, 115(2), 351(3), 324(4), 190 and 191(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Balianwali, District Bathinda. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand. He has further submitted that the petitioner shall cause appearance before the concerned trial Court within 7 working days from today and on his doing so, his bail petition, if any filed, be decided expeditiously, preferably within one week thereafter.
