This is a petition under Section 10 read with Section 14 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 19.09.2025 passed in CWP-28011-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a copy of the speaking order dated 03.03.2026 today in Court. The same is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say that if the petitioners are so aggrieved, they would always be at liberty to challenge the speaking order in accordance with law.
