The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.192 dated 08.12.2025 under Sections 333, 117(2), 115(2), 324(4), 191(3), 190 of BNS 2023, registered at Police Station Bhogpur, Jalandhar. 2.

This Court vide order dated 27.01.2026 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to order dated 27.01.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel has filed the fresh status report and on instructions from Head Constable Avtar Singh has stated that the petitioner has since joined investigation and that he is no longer required for further investigation as of now.

In view of the above, order dated 27.01.2026 is made absolute. The petitioner shall, however, join investigation as and when called. The petitioner shall also abide by all the terms and conditions as specified under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
