This is an application for placing on record the amended petition in compliance of order dated 05.12.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, inadvertently, in the head-note and prayer clause of the amended petition, Section 118(2) of the BNS has been mentioned instead of Section 118(1) of the BNS. He, therefore, prays that the same may be corrected and the amended petition be permitted to be taken on record.

Learned State counsel submits that Section 118(1) of the BNS was added later.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present application is allowed. The amended petition is taken on record. Reference to Section 118(2) of the BNS in the head-note and prayer clause of the amended petition shall be read as Section 118(1) of the BNS. The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.205, dated 03.12.2025 under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 3(5) of BNS (Section 118(1) of BNS added later), registered at Police Station City-2, Police District Khanna. 2.

This Court vide order dated 05.01.2026 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to order dated 05.01.2026, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harnek Singh has stated that the petitioners have since joined investigation and that they are no longer required for further investigation as of now. 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 05.01.2026 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
