Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.5-Gram Panchayat states that since a petition has already been filed by the Gram Panchayat under Section 7(2) of the Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 before the Court of Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Indri, the notices dated 24.12.2025 (Annexure P-5 to P-7) issued to the petitioners under Section 24(2) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 be treated as withdrawn.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.5-Gram Panchayat and the written statement filed by the State wherein it has categorically been stated that the Gram Panchayat has already preferred a petition under Section 7(2) of the Haryana Village Common Lands JITENDER KUMAR 2026.05.14 09:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Chandigarh
