The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.0348 dated 14.11.2024 under Sections 15(C) of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Kalayat, District Kaithal.

This Court vide order dated 01.01.2026 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to order dated 01.01.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

In view of the above, order dated 01.01.2026 is made absolute. The petitioner shall, however, join investigation as and when called. The petitioner shall also abide by all the terms and conditions as specified under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
