***** Sandeep Moudgil, J.(Oral) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing the official respondents no. 2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 10.

Learned State counsel assures the Court that the representation dated 29.12.2025 (Annexure P-7) submitted by the petitioners will be decided within three days in the light of notification No.12/252/2023-4HG-IV dated 17.02.2025 issued by the Home Department, Haryana Government. In the light of above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
