The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.573 dated 29.11.2025 registered under Sections 111 (3), 115, 127 (2), 140(3), 351 (2), 308 (2) of BNS (subsequently added Sections 61(2) and 115(2) of BNS), at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa.

This Court vide order dated 02.01.2026 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 02.01.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel has filed status report, which is taken on record and on instructions from ASI - Satbir, has stated that the petitioner has TRIPTI SAINI 2026.02.23 15:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
