JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA In view of the Order No.F.2(1-CL)-MS/ESTT/2010, dated 02.01.2015, from where it is found that the petitioners have been engaged as the Casual Workers, Mr. Samarjit Bhattacharji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Mr. S. Chakraborty, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents, has also acceded to the fact that the writ petitioners have been engaged as the Casual Workers and they, by virtue of the Order N.F.2(1-CL)-MS/ESTT-III/2004, dated 06.11.2014, have resumed their duties as the Casual Workers.
