SAHA When all these writ petitions were taken up for hearing analogously, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners want to withdraw these petitions with a liberty to file representation to the Secretary, Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism, Government of Tripura stating their grievances to which learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection.

In view of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to file their representations to the Secretary, Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism, Government of Tripura, within a period of 15 days. If the petitioners file the representations, then the Secretary, Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism, Government of Tripura, shall dispose of the same within a period of 2 (two) months by a reasoned order.
