Bhattacharji, learned counsel appearing for the applicants has submitted that for making an incorrect submission, it has been directed by the order dated 12.12.2014 delivered in CM. Appl. No. 77 of 2014 arising out of RSA No.85 of 2007 as under: "Accordingly, the said applicants namely, Smti. Reba Debbarma and Smti. Ivylata Debbarma are added as the respondents No.3 and 4 respectively." He submits that they would be added as the respondents No.2 and 3. Mr. P. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that there is no basic objection but they should be added as the proforma respondents No.2 and 3 respectively.

Having regard to the submissions, this Court is of the considered opinion that no specific order is required to be made as to whether the applicants namely Smti. Reba Debbarma and Smti. Ivylata Debbarma should be added as the proforma respondents No.2 & 3 respectively or not inasmuch that has been made clear in the order under reference. Therefore, the order dated 12.12.2014 stands modified as under: In lieu of the para appearing in the order dated 12.12.2014 as "Accordingly, the said applicants namely, Smti. Reba Debbarma and Smti. Ivylata Debbarma are added as the respondents No.3 and 4 respectively", the following para shall be incorporated: "Accordingly, Smti. Reba Debbarma and Smti. Ivylata Debbarma are added as the proforma respondents No.2 & 3 respectively."

This order shall be made part of the order dated 12.12.2014 for purpose of future reference.
