O R D E R
29.09.2021 The petitioner is the appellant in MAC App.No.53 of 2010. He has filed this petition seeking disbursement of the amount of compensation which has been deposited by the insurance company in terms of the judgment and order of this court passed in MAC App.53 of 2010 wherein the following orders was passed: "[14] The total compensation is, therefore, assessed at Rs.3,62,133/- which is rounded off to Rs.3,65,000/-. The award is accordingly enhanced from Rs.1,10,000/- to Rs.3,65,000/- i.e. by Rs.2,55,000/-. The claimant is also entitled to interest on the awarded sum @ 9% per annum from the date of filing of the claim petition till deposit of the amount. It is stated that the insurance company has already paid the award of the learned Tribunal.
It is, therefore, directed to deposit the enhanced amount of compensation along with proportionate interest thereupon in the registry of this Court within four months from today." Petitioner submits that the whole amount is lying with the Registry of this court. Petitioner, therefore, urges the court to issue direction for disbursement of the amount in his favour.

It is submitted by Mr.Gautam, learned counsel that insurance company has deposited the entire amount along with the interest accrued thereon in terms of the order of this court passed in MAC App.No.53 of 2010.
Therefore, said amount shall be disbursed in favour of the appellant petitioner within a period of 10 days from today by transferring the same to his individual bank account subject to verification of his identity.
