Heard Mr. D. Deb, learned counsel appearing for the applicants as well as Mr. P. Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. This Court has gone through the contentions made in the petition and also heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for substitution is allowed. Registry is directed to insert the names of the legal heirs mentioned in the schedule as petitioners No. 1A to 1F in CRP. No. 62 of 2010. I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
