SAHA The instant application is filed by the applicant for condoning the delay of 245 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award dated 11.07.2012 passed by the learned LA Judge (District Judge), North Tripura, Kailasahar in case No. Civil Misc. (LA) 14 of 2011.

Mr. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the applicant while urging for condoning the delay would contend that the reasons for delay has been explained in paragraph 2 of this petition.

None appears for the respondents even after receipt of the notice. This Court has gone through the contentions made by the applicant and the explanation for delay, as stated therein.
