JUSTICE S.C.DAS By filing this petition, the petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 who are legal representatives of deceased, struck off respondent No.16 and petitioner Nos. 4 and 5 who are the legal representatives of deceased struck off respondent No.19 prayed for arraying them as parties in the connected Civil revision Petition No.58 of 2015 in place of deceased respondents.

Heard learned counsel Mr. D.R.Chowdhury for the petitioners and learned Sr. counsel Mr. A.K.Bhowmik for the other side.

Mr. Bhowmik has no objection if they are added in place of the deceased respondents.

Accordingly prayer is allowed.

Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 may be added as respondent Nos. 16(a) to 16(c) in place of deceased struck off respondent No. 16 and petitioner Nos. 4 and 5 may be added as respondent Nos. 19(a) and 19(b) in place of deceased struck off respondent No.19.
