This is a petition seeking review of some typographical error entered in the order dated 16.12.2014, where the amount deposited by the appellant has been recorded as Rs.1,82,874/- instead of Rs.1,22,874/-.

This is a typographical error crept in the order dated 16.12.2014. As such, Ms. K. Debbarma, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instruction of the learned Govt. Advocate, submits that the respondents do not have any opposition to such prayer. Accordingly, the amount appearing in the order dated 16.12.2014 as Rs.1,82,874/- be corrected and substituted as Rs.1,22,874/-. The remaining part of the order shall stand as it is.
