Heard Ms. R. Purkayastha, learned counsel appearing for the applicants as well as Mr. SB Debnath, learned counsel appearing for the respondent. This Court has also gone through the reasons for delay, as explained. According to this Court the delay has been properly explained and the same is satisfactory.
