JUSTICE S.C.DAS By filing this petition the petitioners prayed for substituting the legal representatives of deceased cross-objector Md. Darad Miah who has died on 20.10.2014. Heard learned counsel, Mr. G.K. Nama for the cross-objectors and learned senior counsel, Mr. S.M. Chakraborty for the respondents. It is submitted by Mr. Nama that he has submitted power but his name has not been reflected in the cause list.

Registry is to see it and to reflect his name if power is filed. Learned senior counsel, Mr. Chakraborty has no objection since the petition for substitution has been filed in time.

So, the present petitioners may be substituted in place of deceased Md. Darad Miah as cross-objectors.
