Considering the fact that judgment dated 28-07-2015 passed in L.A App No.70/2011 and other connected matters titled as The Officer Commanding 112 RCC, GREF versus Smt. Namita Roy (Saha) and another has attained finality, as can be inferred from the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. As such, the amount deposited in the Registry of the Court be released in favour of the respondent-applicant. The said amount shall be directly remitted into the bank account of the applicant along with interest accrued, if any. Needful be positively done within a period of two weeks. Application stands disposed of.
