This Court has gone through the contentions made in the instant petition. It appears that the substantial interest of the proposed defendant respondents are there and they are the legal heirs of the deceased Gouranga Chandra Debnath, respondent no.1 in the said appeal.

In view of the above, the prayer for addition of respondent defendants no. 1(a) to 1(e) is allowed.
