TRIPURA RANI DEBBARMA & ORS Vs ARUN SAHA & ANR HONBLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA On 12th December, 2014 this Court had passed the following order: "The main issue is what was the last pay drawn by the deceased. The other issue is what were the deductions being made from the last payment and whether those deductions can be taken into consideration while assessing the income of the deceased or not. From the record, I find that the last pay certificate was taken back by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Therefore, on the record of the learned trial Court or in the paper book, the last pay certificate is not on record.

It is, indeed, shocking that a document which was exhibited has been returned to the learned counsel for the claimants without the learned Tribunal even directing that a certified copy of the same be given.

The appellants may take necessary steps in this regard. List the matter on 05-02-2015."

Now the appellants have filed this application to resubmit the documents which were filed before the trial Court and these documents are taken on record. One of the documents is the Last Pay Certificate(LPC) of the deceased which shows that his total gross salary was Rs.7,539/- per month. CM application is disposed of.
