SAHA This review petition has been filed praying that that portion of the judgment whereby relief has been granted to the petitioner be recalled. We are clearly of the view that we have decided all the issues raised in the writ petition. We agreed with the petitioner on certain points and granted him relief but on certain points we did not agree with the petitioner and rejected his plea. If the petitioner is aggrieved by that portion of the judgment which goes against him, he is free to approach the Apex Court.

There is no error apparent on the face of the record and the provisions of review are not meant to reargue the matters.
