Roy Barman for the petitioner has submitted that this Court has already decided another writ petition being WP(C) No.179 of 2008 by judgment dated 16.07.2015 and the issues involved in this case are well covered by the judgment of that case. A copy of the judgment passed in WP(C) No.179 of 2008 is placed on record by learned counsel, Mr. Roy Barman for the petitioner. Learned Addl. G.A., Mr. Chakraborty and learned CGC, Mr. A. Roy Barman for the respondents conceded the submission of learned counsel, Mr. P. Roy Barman. It is fairly submitted by learned counsel, Mr. Roy Barman for the petitioner that in WP(C) No.179 of 2008 this Court has already held that the fixation has been made based on the Finance Department's Memo.

Roy Barman for the petitioner and learned Addl. G.A., Mr. Chakraborty and learned CGC for the respondents, this present writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment dated 16.07.2015 passed in WP(C) No.179 of 2008. Copy of the judgment passed in WP(C) No.179 of 2008, which is placed on record shall form a part in this order.
