reporting JUDGMENT & ORDER (ORAL) (Deepak Gupta, CJ.) Pursuant to the directions issued on the last date, an affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Managing Director, TUTCL by Sri Dasharath Debbarma, who is officiating as Managing Director of the TUTCL.

The Court places on record its appreciation for the prompt action taken by the TUTCL. As per this affidavit, the first prototype buses by TATA Motors Ltd. shall be delivered on 20th March, 2015 and the supply of all the buses shall be completed by 30th June, 2015. As far as SML Isuzu is concerned they have committed to send the prototype buses for inspection by 28th February, 2015 and will complete the supply of all buses by 31st May, 2015.

With this the situation will definitely improve manifold. We may make it clear that the earlier directions issued by this Court shall be followed by the concerned officials in letter and spirit.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition, which is closed with liberty reserved to the parties to W.P. (C) (PIL) 04 of 2014 Page 03 of 04

approach this Court again in case any further directions or any clarifications are required.
