THE HONBLE MR JUSTICE U. B. SAHA On 07.04.2015 Mr. B Majumdar, learned CGC prayed for two weeks time to take steps which was allowed. Again on 10.06.2015 when the matter was taken up Mr. Majumdar prayed for time to take steps and that prayer was also allowed but no steps have been taken in terms of the earlier order of this Court. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that the applicant-appellant is not interested to proceed with the connected LA appeal No. 49/2011 as well as the instant application for condonation of delay.
