Mr. H. Deb, ASGI HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA Order 17/05/2018 The counsel for the applicant was heard on the last occasion. In terms of the order dated 10.05.2018, Mr. H. Deb, learned ASGI appearing for the respondents has submitted that he has instruction not to oppose the prayer.

In terms of the above, the applicant may receive the amount which has been deposited in terms of the order dated 31.08.2009, inasmuch as the appeal being 105 of 2008 has been dismissed by the judgment and order dated 18.02.2016.

Registry is directed to release the said amount in favour of the applicant on observing the procedure.
