Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has submitted that both the appeal filed by the Union of India and the cross-objection filed by the applicant are dismissed. In terms of the order of this court 50% of the enhanced award had been deposited in this Registry by the Union of India-appellant. By this application the referring claimant-applicant has urged this court to him them leave to receive the said amount with interest. Mr. H. Deb, learned counsel appearing for the Union of Indiarespondent has submitted that the said respondent does not have any objection.
In view of this, Registry is directed to release the amount that has been deposited by the Union of India-respondent with interest.
