HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA Order 11/09/2020 The amount deposited is Rs.12,19,671/- in compliance of the judgment and order dated 17.08.2015 delivered in LA APP No.107 of 2008.

Mr. D. Biswas, learned counsel has submitted that the award is made by the LA Judge or the part thereof has also not been withdrawn by the applicants.

It appears that a sum of Rs.1,58,888/- is being managed by this court under a term deposit. As the applicants are entitled to the said amount, the Registry shall disburse the said amount to the applicants in equal share on observing the procedure. If the applicants are found to be entitled to the further amount they will be entitled to take recourse to the appropriate action and this order shall not create any bar. JUDGE Moumita
