HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA Order 11/09/2020 The amount deposited was Rs.7,15,919/- in compliance of the judgment and order dated 17.08.2015 delivered in LA APP No.107 of 2008.

Mr. D. Biswas, learned counsel has submitted that the award is made by the LA Judge has also not been withdrawn by the applicants.

It appears that a sum of Rs.1,58,888/- is being managed by this court under fixed deposit. As the applicants are entitled to this amount also the Registry shall disburse the said amount to the applicants in equal share on observing the procedure. If the applicants are found to be entitled to the further amount they will be entitled to take recourse the appropriate action and this order shall not create any bar in their favour. JUDGE Moumita
