It appears from the record that on 01.07.2014 Ms S Deb Gupta, learned counsel vice Ms R Majumar, learned counsel prayed for an accommodation, which was allowed. Again on 12.08.2014, none appeared for the petitioner. On 22.09.2014 Mr. S Saha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms J Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for an accommodation on the ground that Ms Bhushan was out of station. The said prayer was also allowed.

On 12.11.2014, Mr. D Bhattacharji, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for three weeks time for his preparation and the prayer was allowed. On 09.02.2015, again Mr. Bhattacharji prayed for time as he had sustained burn injuries. On 04.04.2015, Mr. S Banik learned counsel on record again prayed for an accommodation on his personal ground which was also allowed.

This matter has been pending since 2009. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
