Case No :CRP 0000080/2008 Party Name : HARADHAN CHOUDHURY & ORS Vs HIRANMAYEE SEN & ANR HONBLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA Pursuant to the directions issued in the judgment dated 04.02.2015, the affidavit has been filed by one Sri Anup Sen, Son of Sri Barada Kumar Sen. Another joint affidavit has been filed by Sri Haradhan Choudhury, Smt. Jyoti Rani Das (Chowdhury) and Sri Santanu Chowdhury.

However, no affidavit has been filed by Sri Barada Kumar Sen, Smt. Chayanika Sen and Smt. Jana Sen. The affidavit of Sri Anup Sen cannot be accepted to be a proper affidavit because affidavit had to be filed by Sri Barada Kumar Sen, Smt. Chayanika Sen and Smt. Jana Sen, who have not filed an affidavit.

These persons are directed to file an affidavit within 2(two) weeks from today. List the matter on 16th April, 2015.

In case, these three persons do not file an affidavit, they shall remain present in person on the next date.

It is, however, made clear that the Tehshildar, Silachari shall visit the spot on 6th April, 2015 and ensures that the orders of this Court are implemented in letter and spirit and he shall do so even if any one of the parties is absent. Download Date: 8-05-2017 15:05 1/1
