For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The insurance company is directed to deposit the entire awarded amount in the Registry of this court within 8 weeks from today and the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 20.07.2013 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Court No. 4, West Tripura, Agartala in TS (MAC) 01 of 2012 as well as the Execution proceedings before the trial court are stayed.

On the amount being so deposited the same shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of two years at the first instance. No amount shall be released unless the insurance company is first heard in the matter.

The CM application is disposed of.
