Heard Mr. P Majumder, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. A Lodh, learned CGC appearing for the respondents. Perused the application. The reasons stated in Para-3, 4 and 5 of the petition for causing delay in preferring in cross objection appear to be satisfactory. Hence the delay of 2269 days is condoned.
