SAHA The instant application is filed for staying the operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 18.6.2014 passed by the learned first appellate court, the District Judge, South Tripura, Udaipur in Title Appeal No. 13 of 2013 against which the connected appeal No. RSA 40 of 2014 has been preferred. Notice was issued to the respondents returnable on 17.12.2014 and till returnable date, an interim order was passed directing the parties to maintain status quo as regards to the possession of the suit land is concerned. As the appeal has already been admitted, it would be proper to stay the impugned judgment dated 18.6.2014. Accordingly, it is ordered that the impugned judgment and decree dated 18.6.2014 shall remain stayed till disposal of the RSA 40 of 2014.
