HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA Order 10/05/2018 Heard Mr. G.K. Nama, learned counsel appearing vice Mr. D.K. Biswas, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Mr. H. Deb, learned ASGI appearing for the respondents.

By this application, the land losers (the referring claimants) have urged to allow them withdraw the amount to the extent of Rs.1,40,184/- as has been deposited by the respondents by the cheque bearing No.276162 on State Bank Of India dated 01.11.2017.

Mr. H. Deb, learned ASGI in his usual fairness has submitted that the respondents do not have any objection if the money is disbursed to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to transfer the deposited amount to the applicant following the procedure. In terms of the above, this petition stands allowed and disposed of.
