Thus, the petitioners want to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file their representation before the appropriate authority stating their grievances, to which Mr. B. Dutta, learned State counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners file their representations before the appropriate authority, if so advised.
