SAHA When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already been regularized during the pendency of the writ petition, but they are not given the benefits with retrospective effect. Thus, the petitioners want to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file their representation before the appropriate authority stating their grievances, to which Mr. B. Dutta, learned State counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners file their representations before the appropriate authority, if so advised.
