When the matter is taken up today for admission hearing, Ms Lodh submits that the order of this Court dated 18.07.2014 has already been complied with and in support of the aforesaid contention she has referred paragraph 5 of the affidavit-in-opposition wherein it is specifically stated that in response to the order of the Hon'ble Court the petitioner was regularised.
