Hence this application has been filed under order 1, rule 10(2) of the CPC for incorporating the name of the person holding the post of the District Magistrate & Collector, Unakoti District, Kailashahar. In the circumstances, it warrants that the name of the respondent No.1 be corrected as "Sri Mrinal Kanti Nath" instead of "Manik Lal Nath".
