JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA It has been pointed out by the Registry that for inadvertence, the name of the plaintiffrespondent has been typed as Sunil Kumar Biswas in place of Anil Kr. Biswas. This Court in exercise of the power under Section 152 of the C.P.C. and on scrutiny of the records is inclined to rectify that typographical mistake. Hence, the name of the sole respondent shall stand corrected as Anil Kumar Biswas, son of late Debendra Chandra Biswas of Noagaon, Krishnanagar, P.S. East Agartala, District - West Tripura. The Registry may make the necessary correction in the original judgment. However, this order shall form part of the original judgment. Accordingly, this reference is discharged.
