Acharji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has submitted having referred to the notes of the Registry dated 21.03.2015 and 25.03.2015, that the petitioner may be permitted to serve the notice on the respondents No. 3(a), 3(b), 3(c), 3(d) and 3(e), by means of the substituted service on publication of such notice in a newspaper having adequate circulation in the place where those respondents have been reported last resided. Mr. B. Banerjee, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, has raised no objection whatsoever.

Accordingly, this petition for taking substituted service is allowed. The Registrar (Judicial) shall communicate by 05.05.2015 to Mr. S. Acharji, learned counsel appearing on record for the petitioner, in which newspaper the said notice shall be published for compliance of the substituted service as directed. After the Registrar (Judicial) communicated the name of the newspaper in which the notice shall be published, the requisites be filed without delay so that the publication of the notice can be expedited.
